Kerrin Jeromin

Kerrin is cohost of Peaks to Power. Since joining the National Laboratory of the Rockies in 2019, she has led strategic communications and content development efforts that highlight the lab’s cutting-edge research and programs. She has a passion for engaging audiences in science through entertainment and education.  

With a background in meteorology and science communication, Kerrin spent more than a decade as a broadcast meteorologist, forecasting weather across the country and delivering it on both local and national television. She holds a Bachelor of Science in meteorology, a professional certificate in climate resilience, and earned the Certified Broadcast Meteorologist seal from the American Meteorological Society.

Taylor Mankle

Taylor is a cohost and lead audio engineer of Peaks to Power. Taylor started his time at the laboratory in 2021 in the water power space and now acts as a multimedia specialist conceptualizing, coordinating, capturing, and producing engaging multimedia content for the entire laboratory.  

Taylor obtained a degree in journalism and mass communications from Iowa State University. Out of college he became a play-by-play broadcaster and sports anchor. Following his stint behind the mic and in front of the camera, Taylor moved to the nonprofit space as a storyteller for a branch of the United Way before coming to the National Laboratory of the Rockies.

Jackson Fletcher

Jackson is a cohost on Peaks to Power. He joined the laboratory in 2023 as a corporate communications professional representing Human Resources. He is passionate about the National Laboratory of the Rockies' research and is excited for the opportunity to help share it with the world.

Jackson is a graduate of the Missouri School of Journalism at the University of Missouri, where he attained his bachelor's of journalism in strategic communication. He worked in public relations, sales, and human resources before transitioning to corporate communications. Outside of work, Jackson likes to frequent Denver's many world-class music venues, golf, and spend time with his dog, Rigby.

Nataleah Small

Nataleah is a cohost and former special correspondent for Peaks to Power. She joined the laboratory as an intern in 2020 and now works as a communications partner for NLR’s safety, security, and site operations teams. She is passionate about creative, people-focused storytelling and approaches her work with joy and curiosity. 

Nataleah has a master’s in journalism from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor’s in ethnic studies and business administration from Colorado State University. She fell in love with podcasting while taking classes at Metropolitan State University between degree programs. Outside of work, she’s a houseplant collector, spin enthusiast, and cat mom.
